PT Prime
$135.00 Per Month
Staying active and healthy comes with bumps in the road. Regular physical therapy maintenance helps you stay in better condition and achieve your goals. This membership allows for a monthly PT visit at the best price offered at The Health Lab. This visit is not shareable with another person. There is a six-month minimum commitment for this membership. Individual visits do not roll over to another month.
Precision Healthcare

What to Expect When You Schedule Your First Visit
When you schedule your first visit with The Health Lab in Carson City, you can book a discovery visit or a free phone consultation with a member of our healthcare team.
Discovery Visit
This 30-minute session allows you and your provider to find out if The Health Lab can help you with your injury. This no-obligation, free screening helps determine if we’re the right fit. During this visit, you can meet the staff and discuss your concerns. While the initial 30 minutes do not include treatment, you can opt to start treatment immediately within a scheduled 60-minute session or book a full 60-minute session for a later date.
Free Phone Consultation
A 15-minute call with a member of our healthcare team will answer any questions you have before you schedule an in-person visit. A member of the team will call you at the scheduled time to address your concerns.
What to bring: For your first in-person appointment at The Health Lab, please have your online paperwork and consent forms completed, bring a valid ID, any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, clothing to move in and any questions or concerns you may have.
