Sarah understands that many people suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction and don’t know that something can be done to help improve their quality of life. She specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy to help relieve symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction. Sarah received her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. During her doctoral program, she studied under multiple pelvic floor physical therapists to learn more about treating pelvic pain, incontinence, pain with intercourse, prenatal preparation, and postpartum recovery. Her dream is to use her passion for functional fitness and pelvic floor physical therapy to help individuals restore strength, flexibility, and confidence in all areas of life.
